Installing the cable on the gear lever

Select P position
Route the cable over the steering shaft to the gear lever
Install the cable in the lever (A)
Slide the adjuster unit together with the cable and the cable sleeve into the bracket (B).

Right-hand drive cars (1). Install

the cable and clips on the steering shaft transfer plate (C).

Left-hand drive cars (2). Install:

the cable and clip on the air duct.
