Control panel, replacing: Notes

MCC: Pull out the knobs for the heater control. Use a small screwdriver.

Remove the front panel. (Insert your fingers into the opening. Pull carefully).

ECC: Insert a small screwdriver through the upper ventilation vent. Press up the locking pin. Carefully pull this corner of the panel forward. Repeat on the other side. Carefully twist out the panel from the upper corners. Use a small screwdriver. Remove the bracket for the dashboard. See Removing the dashboard .

Remove the two screws above the control panel. Press the control panel down.

Disconnect the connector(s).

MCC: Disconnect the mechanical control cables. Press out the catch. Disconnect the inner mechanical cables.

ECC: Remove the hose.

Remove the control panel.

NOTE:

Transfer the required components from the old unit to the new unit.

Install in reverse order.
