Replacing the Cigarette Lighter - Electrical Socket: Removal

Ignition off.

Remove the rear section of the center console according to Rear center console (-2001) and Rear center console (2002-).

Remove the cover for the cigarette lighter.

Carefully pry out the catch using a small screwdriver. Pull off the electrical socket for the cigarette lighter assembly.
