Checking operating switch

Remove the courtesy light, see Removing courtesy light .
Switch on the ignition.
Connect a cable between connection 6 and 4 (open to the tilt position) or between connection 6 and 8 (close from the tilt position).

Slide and tilt roof works; switch is faulty.

Install the courtesy light, see Installing courtesy light .
