• Brake Controls (Aw50/51 AWD, L.H.D; Aw55-50/51SN, L.H.D; 2001-2007)
  • Bushing, brake pedal, replacing
    • Preparations
    • Remove the nut for the steering shaft (steering wheel side)
    • Remove the brake pedal
    • Continue removing the brake pedal
    • Replace the bushings in the brake pedal
    • Install the brake pedal in the bracket
    • Install upper steering shaft
  • Bushing, push rod, replacing
    • Remove bushing
    • Install the new bushing
• Brake Controls (M56, L.H.D; 2001-2007)
  • Bushing, brake pedal, replacing
    • Remove the driver's side soundproofing panel
    • Prepare to remove the brake and clutch pedals
    • Continue disconnecting the brake and clutch components
    • Remove the clutch pedal with bracket

    • Remove the bushings from the brake pedal
    • Install the bushings in the brake pedal
    • Install the brake pedal
    • Install the clutch components
    • Install the brake and clutch components
    • Continue installing the brake and clutch components

    • Brake pipe left front, replacing
      • Clean around the brake pipe on the ABS hydraulic modulator. Remove the brake pipe from the ABS hydraulic modulator and the clips
      • Remove the brake pipe from the car
      • Install the new brake pipe
      • Install the brake pipe in the ABS hydraulic modulator
    • Brake pipe right front, replacing
      • Clean around the brake pipe on the ABS hydraulic modulator. Remove the brake pipe from the ABS hydraulic modulator and holder
      • Remove the brake pipe from the car
      • Install the new brake pipe
      • Install the brake pipe in the ABS hydraulic modulator
    • Front-rear brake pipe to the rear junctions, replacing
      • Clean around the brake pipe on the ABS hydraulic modulator. Remove the brake pipe from the ABS hydraulic modulator and holder
      • Remove the brake pipe from its clips by the side member
      • Remove the brake pipe from its clips
      • Install the new brake pipe
      • Installing the brake pipe, continued
      • Install the integrated relay / fusebox and the connector for the ABS unit
  • Brake pipe master cylinder / ABS unit, replacing
