Checking diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)

HINT: Remedy any other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored for the transmission control module (TCM) first. One of these faults could have caused diagnostic trouble code (DTC) TCM-0100.

• Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

Are other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to Checking for contact resistance and oxidation
