Checking the wiring and component
- Ignition off
- Open the transmission control system.
Check the cable between transmission terminal #C (#A3) and solenoid STH terminals #A. and #D (#A4) and solenoid STH terminal #B. Check for an open-circuit. See Open-circuit, permanent faults .
HINT: Check solenoid STH by measuring the solenoid STH resistance between terminals A and B. The resistance must be between 3 and 5 Ω.
