Intermittent fault
Check the cable between control module terminal #A68 (#B8) and transmission connector terminal #2 (#A2) (control module side). Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground. See Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults . Check for contact resistance and oxidation. See Contact resistance and oxidation .
Check the cable between control module terminal #A53 and transmission connector terminal #5 (#A5) (control module side). Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground. See Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults . Check for contact resistance and oxidation. See Contact resistance and oxidation .
Remedy as necessary.
