Checking the wiring and component
- Ignition off
- Open the control system.
Check the cable between transmission connector terminal #C2 (transmission side) and the connector for solenoid S2. Check for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .
- Check solenoid S2 by measuring the resistance between the terminal pin on solenoid S2 and the transmission housing. The resistance must be 11-15 Ω.
Remedy as necessary.
