The air duct for the dashboard nozzle, side defroster (driver's side)

Remove the dashboard. See Dashboard, replacing .

Removal 

• Remove the side defroster nozzle. See Ventilation vents and seals, replacing 
• Remove the combined instrument panel. See Driver information module (DIM), replacing , not including the switch
• Remove the driver's side nozzle. See Ventilation vents and seals, replacing 
• Insert a hand through the opening for the combined instrument panel. Detach the duct from the defroster duct for the windshield
• Pull the duct out through the opening for the nozzle.

Installation 

• Position the duct and turn it into position
• Install the remaining components
• Everything else is installed in reverse order.
