Replacing the component

The climate control module (CCM) has registered an internal fault in the damper motor module (DMM) for air distribution.

If the fault is intermittent, it has been registered previously but is no longer present. Intermittent faults may be caused by interference at start up of the damper motor module (DMM). Intermittent faults may also be caused by other types of intermittent faults. The fault is evaluated depending on how it occurs. Replace the damper motor module (DMM) if the fault recurs.

Replace the damper motor module (DMM) for air distribution if the fault is permanent:
