Checking components and wiring - Manual climate control
- Ignition off.
Check the damper motor connector and the climate control module connector B for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation .
Check the power cable between the damper motors and the climate control module for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .

Check the signal cable (#1) between the damper motors and climate control module for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .
- #B18 left-hand temperature damper motor
- #B19 right-hand temperature damper motor
- #B21 recirculation damper motor
- #B22 air distribution damper motor
