Checking the cable

• Ignition off
• Disconnect connector B on the climate control module (CCM)
• Disconnect the connectors on the damper motors for left and right temperature.

  Check the signal cable. Check control module connector terminal #B18 (#18) and damper motor connector terminal #1. Check for an open-circuit.

  Check the wiring on the matrix network between the right-hand temperature damper motor and the left-hand temperature damper motor terminals #3-#6. Check for an open-circuit.

  Remedy as necessary.

  Check the signal cable between climate control module (CCM) terminal #B18 (#18) and damper motor terminal #1. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.

• YES
