Removing components

Remove: 

• battery negative terminal.
• plastic hoses turbocharger (TC)/charge air cooler (CAC) and air cleaner (ACL)/turbocharger (TC)

  Remove the clamp to intake manifold at turbocharger (TC) 1, 2, 3 and turn the pipe upper section to the firewall.

  (Only B6284 T)

• plastic pipe over engine.

  (Only B52X4 T)

• cross member.
• right front wheel.
• plastic nuts for cover in fender liner.
• camshaft position sensor (CMP) housing and trigger wheel.
• camshaft rear edge cover.
• upper camshaft belt cover.

Lift up servo reservoir, place over engine.

Remove: 

• hose between expansion tank and water cooler by the reservoir. Seal the hose with lock grip pliers.
• auxiliaries belt.
• front camshaft belt cover.

• Continue
