Checking wiring and components
Check the cable between rear electronic module terminal D1 (#B01) and "Rear windshield defroster" relay 2/82 terminal 2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .
Check the relay terminal, in particular relay guide 2/82 terminal 2, for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .
Remedy as necessary.
Try a new relay if no faults are found.
