Check that relay for "rear collapsible head restraint" (location 2/75) is installed and is correctly installed.
Do the necessary corrective action.
Make sure that head restraint is folded up.
Head restraints are folded up manually.
Ignition on.
Activate the rear collapsible head restraint by clicking on DOWN. Check that the head restraint folds down. The function switches off in 120 seconds if activated more than four times in one minute.

- When relay is installed and not activated, relay control voltage (2) should be 12 V.
