Replacing the component

Replace relay for "Rear collapsible head restraint" (location 2/75) and check relay connection, in particular the relay control (2/75 2), for an open circuit as described in Open-circuit, permanent faults .

• To access/replace the relay, see Integrated relay/fusebox cargo compartment/Rear electronic module (REM), replacing
• When relay is installed and not activated, relay control voltage (2) should be 12 V.
