Checking the wires

Check the wires for an intermittent short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults , intermittent contact resistance and oxidation as described in Contact resistance and oxidation and an intermittent loose contact as described in Loose connections (terminals) .

Check the wires to each entrance light.

The are 4 lamps, front left, front right, rear left and rear right.

Check the wire between central electronic module (CEM) 2E and 2 for each lamp.

Check that there is ground on 1 to the lamp.

Also check the connector for the wires to the rear entrance lighting.
