Checking the connectors

• Ignition off.

  Check connector 54/3R and central electronic module (CEM) connector for contact resistance and oxidation as described in Contact resistance and oxidation .

  Check especially for any damage.

  HINT: If cause of fault is found, then install components, connect connectors etc. If cause of fault is not found do not install central electronic module (CEM) until you have completed the trouble-shooting.
