Checking the wiring

Check the wire between central electronic module (CEM) connector #3B and ignition lock connector #15A (#1) for an intermittent open circuit as described in Open-circuit, intermittent faults , and for a short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults .

Additional information 

• The voltage should be the same as the battery voltage with the key in position II and III.
