Checking pump motor circuit

• Ignition off.
• Connect an ohmmeter between pump motor connector #2 and ground.

  The ohmmeter should display infinite resistance.

Was the resistance OK? 

• OK 

  Refer to Checking the pump motor 

• NOT OK 

  Refer to Checking for short circuit and replacement of component
