Gutter, Replacing: Notes

There is a bracket on the underside of the gutter.

Right-hand side:

The bracket is the mounting for the handle to fold the backrests.

Left side:

The bracket is the mounting for the handle to fold the backrests and central electrical unit.

Weld the bracket into place in the gutter using four spot welds.

Carry out procedure Replacing the rear fender (Bifuel) or Replacing (other cars).

Secure the rear fender.

Align and weld the gutter (1) so that it stays in position.

Locate and weld the face (2) so it stays in position.

If necessary: Install the tailgate.

Check the alignment.

Remove the rear fender and tailgate.

Weld the gutter.

Weld the face.
