Replacing the rear fender
When replacing the rear fender on cars with gas power the rear fender must be modified to allow for filling the tank.
First carry out procedure; REAR FENDER, REPLACING .
HINT: It is easiest to use the old rear fender as a template.
Measure out the deepest point of the gray field.
Use the steel spring for the rubber boot as a template to obtain the correct shape for the hole.
Saw out as shown.
M1 = 160 mm.
M2 = 52 mm.
