Replacing the front side bracket

Remove: 

• the 3 rivets for the bracket and fender liner. See Removing rivet

• the 3 screws.

Replace the bracket.

Install: 

• the 3 screws. Tighten
• the 3 rivets for the bracket and fender liner.
