Checking power supply

NOTE:

Switch off the system before connecting/disconnecting a connector.

Check that the fuse for the Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE) is intact.

Check that there is voltage to the fuse holder. The voltage must be approximately 10-14 V.

Disconnect the lower connector for the left-hand display screen. Turn on the ignition and try to turn on the system by aiming the remote control at the right screen. If the system can now be switched on the fault has probably been traced.

If the system still cannot be switched on: Turn off the ignition. Disconnect the lower connector for the right-hand display screen. Reconnect the lower connector for the left-hand display screen. Turn on the ignition and try to turn on the system by aiming the remote control at the left screen. If the system can be turned on now, change place of the two head rests to confirm that the malfunction 'changes place'.

Remedy as necessary.
