Checking the wires and components

Check that the fuse 11D/2 is intact.

Check the wire between relay 2/83 3 and trailer contact for an open circuit as described in Open-circuit, permanent faults and short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

Check the wire between trailer contact and ground point for an open circuit as described in Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Do the necessary corrective action.
