Checking the movement sensor
Check the upper electronic module connector and the mass movement sensor connector for defects and an open-circuit.
Check the ground connection between mass movement sensor connector terminal #5 and ground terminal 31/83. Check the cable and connector in the cable harness between these two points. See Open-circuit, permanent faults and Open-circuit, intermittent faults .
