Connecting the breakout box

• Ignition off
• Remove fuse 11A/4 in the fusebox in the engine compartment.
• Remove the rear view mirror. See Interior lighting and upper electronic module (UEM), replacing
• Remove the cover from the back of the rear view mirror
• Disconnect the control module connector.

Connect adapter 9511463 to the upper electronic module (UEM) connector. Connect breakout box 9813190 or breakout box 9511428 and wiring 9511499 to the adapter.

Disconnect the breakout box in reverse order.
