Marking and drilling holes

• Reinstall the foam temporarily and mark out through the holes in the bumper cover for corresponding holes in the foam.
• Remove the foam from the bumper cover.
• Open the holes in the bumper cover. Use a 31 mm (17/32")  diameter hole punching tool (P/N 9814069). The socket and screw of the hole punching tool must be on the inside of the bumper cover.

• Drill four holes in the foam using a 51 mm (2')  diameter hole saw in accordance with the new markings.

• Additional holes must be drilled in accordance with illustrations A and B, straight in towards the center, in order to make space for the sensors' connector sockets.
