Adjusting lock brace

NOTE:

The illustration shows catch with rubber lips folded away.

Carefully push down the tension bow by hand slowly to check if lock brace arch enters the lock catch in the center, (see illustration).

Adjust the lock brace if necessary and re-check how brace arch enters lock catch.

After final adjustment, torque screws to 10 Nm (7 2 lbs).

NOTE:

The lock brace MUST enter in the center of the lock catch, otherwise damage may occur to the lock catch and/or to the cover plate.
