Replace wet front foot-well mat (partial)

NOTE:

Cut out wet insulation mat with utility knife. Hold knife straight up in a 90-degree angle from insulation mat surface. This is to ensure a snug fit of the new insulation mat when installed.

CAUTION:

Cut ONLY through the rubber backing (1/8") of the insulation mat around the "cut" line marked on the template.

Lift up the insulation mat and cut through the foam part. Be sure not to cut the floor pan.

Remove the wet insulation mat.

Thoroughly dry floor with rags and fan.

Install new insulation mat. Ensure correct fit of the new insulation mat, adjust if necessary.

NOTE:

If replacement panel is not a snug fit, fill perimeter gaps with leftover strips of rear foot-well mat.
