Installing the timing belt: Notes

Fit the new belt in the following order: 

• Install the new timing belt over pulley on the crankshaft.
• Install the vibration damper.

  Tighten the center nut to 180 Nm  .

  Use counterhold 9995433 .

  Remove the counterhold and install new screws.

  Tighten the screws with 25 Nm  and angle-tighten 30°  .

The install the new belt in the following order: 

1. crankshaft.
2. idler roller.
3. intake camshaft pulley.
4. exhaust camshaft pulley.
5. water pump.
6. belt tensioner.
