Checking the Fuel Flow

- When measuring use test equipment, P/N 3712196-9 or 3714696-6, which contains a calibrated fuel line and measuring glass
- Connect the control module connectors
- Remove the fuel line at the heater
- Connect the calibrated fuel line to the fuel line
- Hold a container at the end of the fuel line.
- Start the heater. Wait approximately 1 minute until the fuel pump (FP) starts to pump
- When the fuel pump (FP) has pumped for approximately 10 seconds move the fuel line over the measuring glass for exactly 1 minute
- Read off the fuel volume in the middle of the measuring glass.
The flow should be 10-11.5 ml/minute.
