Checking Power Supply To the Adapter Box

Ignition on.
Volvo Scan Tool (ST) connected to the data link connector (DLC).
Disconnect the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) wiring at the adapter box.
Connect a voltmeter between ground and 25-pin connector terminals:
- 15 (to data link connector (DLC))
- 20 (to data link connector (DLC))
- 21 (to data link connector (DLC))
- 22 (to data link connector (DLC))

The voltmeter should read battery voltage in all readings.
