Checking Power Ground To the Adapter Box

Ignition off.
Volvo Scan Tool (ST) wiring connected to the data link connector (DLC).
Wiring disconnected from the adapter box.
Connect a voltmeter between ground and the 25-pin connector terminals:
- 23 (to data link connector (DLC))
- 24 (to data link connector (DLC))
- 25 (to data link connector (DLC))

The ohmmeter should read 0 Ω in all readings.
