Checking Cables, Blower Fan Starts

Check signal cable between ECC control module #A15 and power unit #A1 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-Circuit To Supply Voltage. Permanent Faults .
Check ground lead between blower fan and power unit for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-Circuit To Ground, Permanent Faults .
If cables are OK, try a new power unit.
Remedy as necessary.
