Checking Connectors

Ignition off
Corrective action to damper motor and control module connectors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact Resistance And Oxidation .
Check any damage etc.
Reinstall components, reconnect connectors etc.
Ignition on.
Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
If the DTC status changed to intermittent it means that the fault is no longer present.

Other information:
- To remove the control module, refer to Replacing ECC Control Module .
- To gain access to the recirculation damper motor, refer to Replacing Damper Motor Recirculation .

OKAY: Troubleshooting has been completed.
NO
