Seat Belt (Inertia) Reels And Seat Belt Tensioners

WARNING: After a collision replace both the seat belt tensioners, seat belts and seat belt buckles. This applies even if no-one was sitting in the passenger seat.
WARNING: The battery must not be connected when the ignition cable connector is being removed or installed.

Installation 

Tighten the screw to 48 Nm  .

WARNING: Under no circumstances use an ohmmeter or other live measuring instrument to take readings on a disconnected non-deployed seat belt tensioner. This could deploy it.
WARNING: The seat belt tensioner must never be taken apart, repaired or moved to another vehicle. For handling replaced the seat belt tensioner, see Handling Replaced SRS Airbags/Seat Belt Tensioners .
