Removing the potentiometer

Set the seat height adjustment to its uppermost position.

Remove the seat from the car according to Lifting the power seat in and out .

Unclip the cover.

Pull out the potentiometer.

Disconnect the connectors and wiring.

Install:

In reverse order.

NOTE:

If the potentiometer gas a fixed gear either reuse the gear or order a new on separately.

Remove the snap ring from the gear on the potentiometer.
