Removing seats: Preparations

NOTE:

When removing a seat from a car with side airbags, the seat must be grounded. This is due to the danger of static electricity. When the seat has been removed from its screwed joint, but before it is lifted out, secure ground lead 9511522 or splice a suitable length of cable (stripped at both ends) to the rear mounting or similar.
