Removing spring tensioner

Remove:

the seat from the car according to Lifting mechanical seats in and out .

Slacken off the tensioner on the cable.

Twist and pull the cable back.

Detach the cable from the mountings.

Twist the cable against the spring

Replace the cable.

Install:

In reverse order.
