Install new driveshaft seal

Apply a small amount of grease to sealing lip.
Use drift 9995541 and handle 9991801 .

NOTE:

Do not use the older type of drift 999 5478.

LH side:

Put the side of the drift marked 'M56' against the driveshaft seal.

RH side:

Put the side of the drift marked 'M56' against the driveshaft seal, and turn as shown above in the picture on right.

Tap driveshaft seal in gently until drift is touching transmission casing.
