Detach the drive shaft from the gearbox.
Use a jimmy tool 9995462 between the gearbox and the inside of the drive shaft joint.
Angle the spring strut out and remove the drive shaft from the gearbox.
Allow the drive shaft end to rest on the sub-frame.
