Installing the left drive shaft

Ensure that the ABS sensor pulse wheel on the drive shaft is free of dirt.
Press the drive shaft in properly so that it locks in the differential pinion. Exercise care so that the drive shaft's locking ring enters its locking groove. Check by carefully pulling the drive shaft's joint housing.
NOTE:
Ensure that the seal ring in the gearbox and the boot on the drive shaft are not damaged.
