Installing a new sealing ring

Apply a small amount of grease to the sealing lip.

Use drift 9995541 and handle 9991801 .

NOTE:

Drift in the old design (9995478) must not be used.

Left-hand side:

Place the side of the drift marked AW against the drive shaft seal.

Right-hand side:

Place the side of the drift marked AW against the drive shaft seal., turn as illustrated above in the picture on the right.

Carefully knock in the sealing ring until the drift rests against the gearbox housing.
