Lubricating the lever spindle

Press the lever on the gearbox forward to the P-position.
NOTE:
Do not touch the gear cable. The position of the gear-shift selector must not change.
Check the P-position by trying to roll the car.
Now move the lever to the next position (R-position).
Apply a small amount of grease 1161241-3 to the lever's spindle.
NOTE:
Take care not to change the position of the lever.
