Replace the combined instrument panel according to Replacing the Combined Instrument Panel or connection plate according to Replacing Connection Plate .
Replace base plate according to Replacing Base Plate .
Program the connection plate according to Diagnostics, see Read And Program Combined Instrument Panel .

NOTE: It is important to follow the instructions in Diagnostics. Read/program the combined instrument panel.

Read and erase any diagnostic trouble codes.
