Installing the flywheel

NOTE:

Ensure that the mating surfaces on the crankshaft and flywheel are completely clean.

Install the flywheel.

There are different distances between the screw holes which means that the flywheel can only be installed one way.

Use new screws.

Install gear sector 9995112

Install gear sector 9995112 .

Tighten the screws crosswise. Tighten to 60 Nm . Then angle-tighten all the screws crosswise to 90°.

Remove counterhold 9995112
