Removing 

• Remove both the screws in the front edge of the trim strip.

  Remove the trim by pulling it forwards  .

  NOTE:

  Do not pry out

• Slacken off the C-post panel at the roof by pulling it inwards

  Remove both the screws holding the C-D-post panel

  NOTE:

  The panels need only be loosened not dismantled

• Slacken off D-post panel at the D post by pulling inwards.
• Slacken off panel at the roof by pulling it down
• Slacken off the panel under the window by pulling it inwards

• There is a guide pin for the glass in the C post level with the lower trim strip securing clip: Insert the wire through the PUR-bead a few millimeter above  the clip and cut upwards.
• Cut out window according to .

Installing 

• If the window is being reused: Remove remaining PUR with a chisel.
• Prepare the bonding surfaces on the bodywork with RIM activator. See Replacing PUR bonded windscreens .
• Apply glass activator, primer and PUR.
• Install window; use the locating pin to center it.

  Use tape to prevent window from moving.

• Let the adhesive cure. 
• Slide in trim strip; screw into place.
• Press/screw panels into place.
