Removing the Drive Shaft From the Transmission, Continued

NOTE: Applies only to vehicles with M66AWD transmissions and drive shafts with a tripod joint.

Position the two tools opposite each other. Detach the drive shaft.

NOTE: Cars with Cross-grove drive shaft joints and M66AWD transmissions. Use jimmy bar 9995462 B as above.

Remove the drive shaft from the transmission. Ensure that the end of the drive shaft does not damage the seal.
